My husband and I walk most mornings. (Sometimes we fall out of the habit based on travel or other ways that life pulls at you). But when we’re in the habit we typically do about three miles, five days a week. One of my favorite things about walking this time of year is the early morning chill in the air. I love watching the fog and ‘steam’ that often rises off of everything as the sun warms up the world around us. Regardless of being in the city or at the ocean, it’s such a beautiful and peaceful experience!
