Every so often I take a single aspect of my work and try to mix it up / step outside of my comfort zone.
With this piece it was the palette. I found myself reaching for some of my ‘safe’ tubes of color and then making the decision to go another direction with it. I will definitely play with some of these vibrant colors in the future!
