When I’m painting I try to think of everything in pairs. When I have a new idea whether it be color groupings or styles and shapes of the buildings – I usually try to complete at least two pieces that are somewhat similar, using that same idea. First we had Blue Reflections and now using a similar pallet, we have Urban Glow. This is actually the first street scene style painting that I’ve done without any umbrellas.
